Saad Dine EL Otmani is a psychiatrist, he studied medicine and Islamic studies in addition to a rich polytic career he is currently head of government
Dr Saad Dine El Otmani was born on January 16, 1956 in Inzegane (southern Morocco)
where he continued his primary and secondary studies.
Mr. Saad Dine El Otmani studied medicine leading to a doctorate in general medicine in 1987 from the Faculty of Medicine
and Pharmacy of Casablanca, as well as a Specialized Study Diploma in Psychiatry, in 1994, from the Psychiatric Center
