The Secretary-General of the Justice and Development Party and Prime Minister Saad Eddine El Otmani made an appeal to the Moroccans who are in Tindouf on Algerian soil, in order to return to their homeland "which always opens its chest to them," considering that "whatever they do, they are our brothers." El otmani said, this Saturday evening: “We must not forget that we have people in the camps in Tindouf. They are our people. We are keen on them and we are keen to return safely to their homeland, and it always opens his chest to them.” He added in the digital communication meeting with members of his party in the three southern regions, saying: “We call on them that the country opens its chest for them and whatever they do, they are our brothers and we want this artificial conflict to end, and we hope to find many of them among their brothers.”
El otmani explained that Morocco has demonstrated that what it is doing in the southern provinces has a developmental dimension only, pointing to the highway between Tiznit and Dakhla, which will enable development in the region to make investment flow into the region. And he considered that the decision to build a large mosque in Guerguerat "indicates the human and civilizational development orientation in these dear southern provinces, to keep pace with the social, civilizational and urban dynamics in the region, as well as building university institutions in these regions, all for the interest of people in the region and the development of the region."
Othmani praised the Moroccans of the world who came to support their cause and defend consulates, appreciating the efforts they are making, considering that they have a major role in defending the national cause and responding to those who want to advocate division and differentiation between one people. He also expressed his greetings to the people of the Moroccan Sahara who, in dealing with the recent developments in the Guerguerat region, have shown their steadfastness and militancy, considering that the most important issue in the issue of the Moroccan Sahara is the Sahrawi man who has demonstrated high patriotism and a great bond with his homeland. He stressed that the issue of the Moroccan Sahara “has no meaning without the Sahrawi's involvement and attention to it and to feel that it is strengthened and honored and has a decent developmental, political and economic status. Thank God today there are efforts in this regard,” according to what the party's official website reported.
